As a mother I absolutely struggle to find healthy recipes that I can trust for my 4 year old. As a dietitian I am even more picky about choosing and making recipes. The struggle is real for me and for millions of mothers around the globe. My sister, Baraa Sabbagh, who is a dietitian, sports nutritionist, and personal trainer was seeing the same struggle with her patients.

This year we decided to take matters into my own hands and document healthy recipes that we make at home and make them into a cook book so you can enjoy these recipes as well, with absolutely no guilt.

Together we created “Super Recipes”. A cook book for those in search for delicious, healthy, and easy recipes. You’ll be preparing recipes to impress even the non-healthy eaters.
